US President Donald Trump had said he will not use a nuclear weapon in the war on Iran.
In an interview with Newsmax, Trump also reiterated he was not considering using ground troops in Iran. He did say that the US may have to target Pickaxe Mountain.
Meanwhile, the number of ships reporting being attacked in and around the Strait of Hormuz has hit a record high, and the United Nations says fighting in Yemen means emergency food supplies have run out in the city of Taiz.
