Ray Takeyh from the Council on Foreign Relations reacts to the breaking news from CENTOM that the US has resumed its naval blockade of Iran ports and coasts. He blames the latest escalation on the language of the MOU as being "subject to a lot of different interpretations." Takeyh also predicts there may be an "offramp" to the conflict at some point, with the Omanis already trying to mediate between Iran and the US.
