Injectable GLP-1s for obesity have been revolutionary products of the pharmaceutical industry over the past few years. Now, for the first time, the weight loss drug is being offered in pill form. Novo Nordisk’s Wegovy pill hit the market on January 5th and rival Eli Lilly has its own version currently waiting for FDA approval.
