Former NATO supreme allied commander in Europe Wesley Clark said that granting Russia territorial concessions in a potential Ukraine peace deal is a 'dangerous principle to set loose' as top American military officials visit Kyiv. Clark also talked about concerns that innovations in the F-35 fighter jets sold to Saudi Arabia could end up in enemy hands, saying that 'technology does migrate.'
