Mick Mulvaney, budget director in the first Trump administration, said the meeting between Presidents Donald Trump and Xi Jinping may resolve some issues but he doesn't expect anything major deals resulting from it. Mulvaney also weighs in on the ongoing government shutdown and says it allows the Trump White House to consolidate power.
