Chili’s CEO Kevin Hochman has helped the restaurant chain reach the top of the casual dining industry, spending the past two years working to revive Chili’s image and bottom line. Traffic was up almost 20% last quarter, while industry-wide, it fell almost 4%. Food chains like TGI Friday’s, Hooters and Red Lobster have all recently filed for bankruptcy. So what is Chili’s doing differently to succeed?
