President Trump and Iranian leaders signed a memorandum of understanding that should reopen the Strait of Hormuz, lower oil prices and ease shipping costs. The deal could bring relief for consumers through cheaper gas, airfare and goods, but risks around regional security, inflation, Fed policy and interest rates remain.
