South African President Cyril Ramaphosa said he will not resign during a televised address to the nation on Monday. “To do so would be to give credence to a panel report that unfortunately has grave flaws,” he said. An independent panel found Ramaphosa may be guilty of serious misconduct in relation to the theft of money at his game farm. (Corrects spelling of Ramaphosa)
