Tech companies no longer need creative workarounds, like acquihires, to get M&A deals through, says Federal Trade Commission Chair Andrew Ferguson. Ferguson says the commission will review these deals to make sure they comply with the law. He joins Ed Ludlow on "Bloomberg Tech."
