More than 100 people are reported to have been killed across Gaza over the last 24 hours as Israel steps up its attacks.
The strikes hit two hospitals as well as a number of homes in Jabalia town and refugee camp.
Israel said it was conducting strikes against Hamas fighters and infrastructure.
These attacks come at a moment when the UN's head of humanitarian affairs, Tom Fletcher, has called on world leaders to prevent - in his words - "genocide".
