Lithuanian Defense Minister Dovile Sakaliene discusses the outlook for European defense spending amid urgent talks expected to take place Monday between Europe's top leaders on the future of Ukraine. "Hundreds of billions will need to be spent immediately if we really want to meet NATO capability targets," Sakaliene says in an interview on Bloomberg Television from Vilnius.
